Aims and scope
Electronic Commerce Studies Established in 2003, the Electronic Commerce Studies is academic journal publishes four issues a year (in March, June, September, and December). The purpose of this journal is to promote Electronic commerce research. To be published in Electronic Commerce Studies, the manuscript must make strong empirical and theoretical contributions and highlight the significance of those contributions to the electronic commerce field. Thus, preference is given to submissions that test, extend, or build strong theoretical frameworks while empirically examining issues with high importance for electronic commerce theory, technology, system development, and practice. Electronic Commerce Studies is not tied to any particular discipline, level of analysis, or national context. The Electronic Commerce Studies is a multi-language (English, Japanese, Chinese) academic publication. Articles publish in this journal can be written in English, Japanese or Chinese. The Chinese name of this journal is 電子商務研究. The Japanese name of this journal is 電子商取引論文誌.
