Desafíos is an academic journal published biannually by the Center for Political and International Studies (CEPI, acronym in Spanish for “Centro de Estudios Políticos e Internacionales”) belonging since 1999 to the Departments of Political Science, Government, and International Relations and to the Publishing House of the Universidad del Rosario. Its purpose is to circulate outstanding unpublished articles of academic excellency related to the research in the areas of Political Science and International Relations, from Colombian and foreign authors, among the academic and professional community. The articles are anonymously judged by two renowned academic peers coming from outside and inside of the Universidad del Rosario.
