Aims and scope
The Ibero-American Yearbook of International Criminal Law (ANIDIP) is a refereed scientific disclosure means that each year presents to the academic community, the actors involved in the administration of justice and civil society the results of multidisciplinary research on international criminal justice, selected for publication by the Blattmann, Odio Benito and Steiner Essay Contest. In each edition of ANIDIP, selected research trials will be accompanied by one or several unpublished research, doctoral candidates, university professors or career professionals with at least ten years of practice, to be elected by public announcement. Thus, the ANIDIP aims to foster multidisciplinary knowledge, multidimensional doctrinal debate and the implementation of international criminal law in Latin American countries as well as to publicize the jurisprudence of the International Criminal Court (ICC), the ad hoc international criminal tribunals and the national courts with jurisdiction over international crimes. The ANIDIP is also directed to disseminate the mandate, activities and jurisprudence of other agencies that address situations that could constitute international crimes.
